1. General Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between yes8 (https://yes8.lol) and any player ("user" or "player") who uses the yes8 platform and all related services.
By accessing the platform, playing, making a deposit, or using any part of the service, a player is considered to have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
1.1 Language of the Agreement
These Terms are written in the Myanmar language. In the event of any discrepancy arising from a translation, the Myanmar-language version shall take precedence.
1.2 Regulatory Oversight
The yes8 platform has these rules in place to oversee and protect the entertainment activities of Myanmar players. The platform operates with SSL encryption and a fair gaming system.
2. Account Registration and Account Management
2.1 Account Registration
Each person may only open one personal account to play on yes8. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. yes8 is not responsible for any losses arising from the submission of incorrect information.
2.2 Single Account Policy
If a player is found to have opened more than one account on yes8, those accounts may be closed immediately and any bonus funds in those accounts may be forfeited. Once the review is complete, the verified player's original stake will be handled accordingly.
2.3 Account Security
Your account username and password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any third party. If any unauthorized access occurs, you must report it to yes8 customer service immediately. Any losses resulting from a third party using a player's account are the player's own responsibility.
2.4 Account Verification
yes8 reserves the right to verify a player's personal information at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during the verification period. Accounts of players who fail to complete verification may be closed.
3. Age Restriction and Location Restrictions
3.1 Minimum Age
Players must be 21+ to play on yes8. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use this platform. yes8 may carry out age verification at any time, and any account found to be underage will be closed immediately.
3.2 Restricted Regions
Players from regions where online casino services are not legally permitted may not use this platform. Players are responsible for ensuring they comply with the laws and regulations of their own location.
4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Methods
Supported deposit methods on yes8 are: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks) only.
4.2 Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amount
- Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks (for any method)
- Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Cases requiring additional review may take longer. All processing is done in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT).
4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions
Withdrawals can only be made to the player's own registered payment method. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted. yes8 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request due to legal requirements.
4.5 Financial Misconduct Policy
If there is suspicion of money laundering, manipulation of the gaming system, or depositing solely to withdraw funds, yes8 reserves the right to investigate the player's account and may also suspend any withdrawal.
5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
Players making their first deposit on yes8 can claim a 200% welcome bonus — up to 300,000 Ks. For example: deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, and play with a total of 60,000 Ks.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after completing a 20x wagering requirement.
- Example (1) — Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 40,000 Ks → Wagering 40,000 × 20 = 800,000 Ks
- Example (2) — Deposit 320,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Wagering 300,000 × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- The applicable game room, game type, and time limit for each bonus may vary.
- To remain eligible for bonuses, the player's account must be registered with genuine and accurate personal information.
- If bonus abuse is detected, yes8 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any winnings associated with it.
- Bonus terms may change, and continuing to play after an update means the player accepts the changes.
6. Gaming Conduct and Prohibited Actions
6.1 Prohibited Behaviour
The following actions are not permitted —
- Using software, bots, auto-clickers or automated scripts to manipulate the gaming system
- Attacking or attempting to hack the platform's computer network
- Colluding with multiple players to abuse bonuses
- Using this platform for money laundering
- Threatening or verbally abusing other players or staff
- Intentionally exploiting platform bugs
6.2 Consequences of Violations
If any of the above conduct violations are found, yes8 may —
- Suspend the account immediately
- Cancel any bonuses and winnings obtained through the violation
- Report the matter to the relevant legal authorities if necessary
7. Platform Service and Suspension
7.1 Right to Suspend Service
yes8 may close the accounts of players who violate these terms without prior notice. If a player's account is closed without their own prior notice, the player must contact us through the operational procedures.
7.2 Technical Failures
If game results caused by server failures, software errors or communication disruptions are found to be incorrect, yes8 has the right to void those games. Any deposited funds belonging to the players will be returned.
7.3 Service Maintenance
yes8 may temporarily suspend services for platform maintenance, user protection or legal reasons. When doing so, we will make every effort to notify players.
8. Personal Information and Security
yes8 protects players' personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We protect players' financial information using SSL encryption. Players' personal data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties without a legal requirement.
9. Liability Limitations
9.1 Gaming Losses
Players are considered to understand and accept that casino gaming involves the risk of losing money. yes8 is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from game outcomes. Players should only play with amounts they can afford.
9.2 Third-Party Services
yes8's liability is considered limited in cases arising from software failures of third-party game providers connected to the platform. However, we will make every effort to resolve players' legitimate claims.

yes8 has the right to amend these terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will make every effort to notify players accordingly. Continuing to use the platform after any amendment means the player accepts the updated terms.
